The information on this site

We take accuracy seriously — particularly on the funding page, which carries a verification date and links to each programme’s own source. Even so, this site is provided for general information. Grant criteria, deadlines and pricing change, and content may become out of date between reviews.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, tax or accounting advice. Our summaries of government programmes are not a substitute for the administering body’s own guidance, and eligibility for any programme is determined by that body, not by us. We cannot and do not promise that you will qualify for any funding described here.

Estimates and calculators

The AI readiness scorecard and the ROI calculator produce indicative estimates from the inputs you provide, using assumptions that are stated on screen. They are illustrative tools for framing a conversation. They are not forecasts, not guarantees, and not a substitute for looking at your actual business.

Price ranges

Price ranges published on this site reflect what comparable projects have cost and are given in Canadian dollars, excluding applicable taxes. A binding price is only ever the one set out in a written proposal accepted by both parties. In any conflict, the proposal governs.

Your use of the site

Use it lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access, submit malicious content through its forms, or scrape it in a way that degrades service for others.

Intellectual property

The content, design and code of this site belong to Ease AI Works. You are welcome to quote from it with attribution and a link. Wholesale reproduction is not permitted.
