Privacy policy

Last updated 17 August 2026

This policy explains what personal information Ease AI Works (“Ease AI”, “we”) collects through easeaiworks.com, why, and what happens to it. It is written to reflect our obligations under Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada’s Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form on this site we collect your name and email address, and — where you choose to provide them — your business name, phone number, team size, timeline, budget range and whatever you write in the message field.

If you complete the AI readiness scorecard or the ROI calculator and then submit the form, your answers and inputs are sent along with your contact details so that we can give you a useful reply rather than a generic one. If you use those tools and do not submit the form, nothing is sent to us.

Information collected automatically. We record which page a submission came from, and any campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign) present in the URL, so we can tell which channels produce enquiries. We also use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which collect aggregated, anonymised usage and performance data and do not use cookies to track individuals across sites.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry and provide the services you ask about
  • To prioritise responses — submissions are scored automatically on factors such as stated timeline and budget so that urgent enquiries are answered first. This scoring affects the order in which a person reads your message; it never results in an automated decision that affects you
  • To detect and discard automated spam submissions
  • To send you occasional marketing email — only if you explicitly ticked the consent box. That box is never pre-ticked, and we will reply to your enquiry whether or not you tick it

Where it goes

Enquiries are stored in a database hosted by Supabase and are emailed to us through Resend. This site is hosted by Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security commitments; some processing occurs on servers outside Canada, which means the information may be accessible to foreign authorities under the laws of those jurisdictions.

Access to enquiry data is limited to Adam Berube. We do not share it with third parties except where required by law.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are retained for as long as needed to respond and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and reviewed periodically after that. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw consent to marketing email at any time. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing does not affect our ability to reply to a direct enquiry.

Write to info@easeaiworks.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Enquiry data is written server-side using credentials that are never exposed to your browser, and the database table holding enquiries has row-level security enabled with no public read access. No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
